Hey guys, another load of gear nonsense from me im afraid.
- Firstly, Scotland!
All Ice gear WILL be going to scotland, so im sorry to those who wanted to borrow some over xmas for other purposes, fraid its not going to happen.
As Mr Tri-Cam boy Jr has already informed you there is a large quantity of gear for those who wish to borrow it for the scotland trip, This now includes a few random things like head torches and a pair of (new-looking) size 7 mountain boots. As always gear is open to shotgun.
On a slightly related note, somewhere out there in the abyss is a set of yellow(labelled) doubles belonging to the club which we havent had back since stanage, and one of the
red (also red labelled) singles which was taken home from redpoint last wednesday, they WILL BE NEEDED for scotland so get them back to us please, dont make me have to find you!

- Secondly, Gear over xmas
There is still some non-ice gear available for people to borrow, among the highlights include:
2 club racks
A Fair few single ropes
Static ropes
Helmets harnesses etc

Get on and buG us if you want to borrow something :p

Thats mostly it, cheers for your time, glad tidings and shit :thumright:
Regards, Team Gear[/b] :rendeer:

For those who want to borrow gear: Either meet me at the cupboard between 12 and 12:45 this wednesday(15th) or I will bring your gear to redpoint IF you let me know that you are going to be there. If neither of these works for you then text me to arrange another time.

Judging by the number of posts, i'm assuming an ex-committee member, leaving only one possibility - James Cross, ex-president!

You think i'd make a good replacement for Sherlock Holmes?

The earthed single rope is in my lounge. Don't know how it got there! Can I keep it (or another single) for christmas though?

Can I shotgun a harness and rope please?
(without wanting to sound naiive, im assuming a single rope is what you generally use when leading??)

Ive got two pairs of axes and two pairs of crampons - i can bring one pair back this week if it helps, and i would like to use the other set next weekend and return it to someone on the monday (20th) ready for scotland.

Let me know if this is going to cause you a massive headache.

The earthed singles are all going to scotland so Il find you another Josh, otherwise that should be fine.

Depends on what kind of leading youre doing, Indoor/Outdoor (Trad or sport) if its indoor then a single is ideal. An yeah that should be alright.

I dont think that would be a problem, are they different sets of crampons or are they the same? And yeah if you could return one pair asap that would be swell.
