ok, so you decide to colour code your rack because it's too tricky to keep track of your gear. But at the moment you have to randomly guess which colours haven't been taken already which, inevitably, leads to duplicates - sods law etc. Solution - a gear colour thread. Quite anal I know but does the job eh?

So if people put the colours they've used on here then others know they've been taken, if the club ones get put up too then that'd be even better. NO shotgunning; older members get precedence (but if you are leaving then it won't be a problem - so mention this if applicable)

I'll start off with mine which is orange/blue. (I am willing to change these. But will wait to see how this pans out first)

I've just been offered some purple tape, now there's a colour I've not seen for a while.

Maybe if I can get a few rolls I can share them around and we can all have purple. I'm thinking as purple's a colour nobodie's got we'd then know...............

How does it happen? I just brought a roll of purple to make an orange/purple rack and now someone else has found it. geez. all i want is to be unique......

I don't have a full rack yet, but the bits I own are going down the black/white route. I'm not so sure that my "only unmarked gear" idea was so good after all...

My gear is Orange or anything 'unmarked'

I've also got this new tape, I brought it from a man in the market. It was very expensive and he said you could only see it if you were 'Very Clever'.......
