Those of you who are wanting to borrow any club gear over Easter, could you please let either Alice or I know over the next week or so, so that we can arrange a time to meet up and sort you out with what you want during the final week of term.

Either drop us a text or post a reply on here :)

Please can I have:

2 50m statics if possible, if not one will have to do. One 60m would be better if there is one.

Guidebooks:

Ogwen and Carneddau
Llanberris
Gogarth
Meryonnid (or however you spell it).

If I could borrow a rack, rope and the South Whales & Gower guidebook that would be great.

Thanks,

Hi,

Could I borrow a rack for Easter please. I'd also like a guidebook but as I don't know which guidebooks you have I don't know which one to ask for. I'd be climbing in the south(ish) of england or Whales (I live near Gloucester when at my parents house) any advice as to where the nearest places to shag would be?

Thank you :)

Helen x

Maybe you could update the gear list on ubmc.co.uk - the guidebook list is out of date but could be useful!

All the web pages are in the process of being updated, this is one of them. Our technicians are working round the clock!

There's some good climbing in the Wye valley (Symonds Yat, and lots of places around Tintern), on the England/Whales border that shouldn't be too far from you. Some long single pitch stuff (30odd metres) on crags which just rise out of the woods.
