Secondly, (and I'm assuming you're referring to Portland) the main reasons I didn't go (in order of importance) are because a) I needed to do work, b) I wanted to save some money and c) the weather forecast wasn't great (Yes, the weather was awesome, but that's not the point), as I have already explained.
