Following on from MILF-Hunter's house ad, I thought I'd post mine up too:

1 double room available from 1st July, 12 month contract. £58pw not including bills (water IS included) We know the landlord so any issues are easy to sort out.
Sharing with me and 2 girls, we're clean and quiet etc, and its a nice house.
We're on Harrow road, so nice easy access to campus.
