How does one pan fight? Jonny Moss's video of it on facebook looks truly brutal and awesome, it should be revived!

Shoes: with holes in.
Two people put pans on thier head with tea towls inside. They then run at the other person. The top tip is to hold the pan hard against your head. Many people hold it slightly away thinking that this will soften the impact but it infact makes it worse.
