Has the discount changed to 10% or was the person i was dealing with in Cotswold i giant spoon? (It was the bham branch so quite likely) Its still the same code and given how that code was dreamed up it starts with the crucial 20 part which means 20% so i'm guessing they were a spoon but i thought i should check before i wonder back in and ask for some money

Apparently it sometimes comes up as 10% off on their systems and they have to override it. It has happened to me before, they generally have to go through the whole malarky of refunding and reselling all the items.

Ahh ok, so maybe they weren't a giant spoon, more of a desert spoon. But still a spoon.

The Manchester branch has people who know what they are talking about in it - but they don't seem to have much buisness sense - they refused to sell me a £200 jacket that i really wanted cus they thought a synthetic belay jacket would be better for me - but they don't sell them!
