Rightio, it's time to start thinking about looking after yourselves & others out on the crag [if you haven't been already!] - What better way to do that than with a brilliant 1st Aid Course!

WHEN: 24th/25th April - thats the weekend before the start of Easter Term!

NEW INFO: The course will run from 9am to about 5:30pm each day. ROOM: LG34!

HOW MUCH: £45 - compared to the £50/£60 prices of previous years, this is a bargain!

NEW INFO: To minimised the hassle of paying the club on the day, you can drop me a line, and if your down with online banking/bank transfers/cheques/PayPal this can all be sorted out now, so all you have to do is just turn up and enjoy the training! :)

MORE INFO: It is an accredited course, valid for 3 years! Brought to you by an ex-stoat! This course is suggested (but not a pre-requisite) for those considering to do their SPA training this coming september.

- The course will be held on campus, over the weekend. Location to be determined nearer the time.

For those with a more curious minds: click here for more information from Mr Schofield's site.

NOTICE: There are 12 places on the course. It will be on a first come, first paid, first reserved basis. - So sign up below now!

Ze List:
Josh Smith
Lawrence Bird (is the word)
Jack B

Just to clarify, you need this for SPA Assessment - it is not a requirement for SPA training (unless things have changed recently).

Highly recommended course to go on though.

Things haven't changed. It is only needed for assessment - although that does not make it any less worthwhile doing.

You cover everything you would do on a regular first aid course and then they look at more serious senarios in the mountains! It's really useful and you learn some handy tricks!

I've updated the notice with payment information and times for the course.

If your name is not on the list and you want it to be, then put your name down here, and I'll get it sorted for you! :)

Limited spaces now, so get signed up before they all go! :)

1 more space left guys & gals... (+ a reserve) - Get your names down now! ASAP!

You'll be paying the club, so address your cheques to University of Birmingham Guild of Students, and if you want to guarantee your spot, text me & I can help sort out any electronic forms of payment. :)

Sorry JCB, guys cheques must be made out to 'University of Birmingham Guild of Students' any deviation from this will result in the Guild getting confused and the cheques sent back to us!

Mikes right, the counter staff are easily confused, bit like a deer in car head lights.

Okay, location has been now confirmed. The place is LG34 in the learning centre for those that do not know.
We'll need to give security a polite call on the day to get it opened up for us. But apparently they're cool with that having rung up & checked.

There is still ONE SPACE LEFT! - Get signed up ASAP. This is a damn good course, at a bargain price, so text me or shove your name down on here now, before it's too late!
