Neil, Rosie and myself are once again undertaking the 8.5 mile which is the Great Midlands Fun Run. This year we will be running in aid of the mountain rescue so sponsership would be very welcome!
if you would like to do so, put your details down here (or pm one of us) and we will be round collecting after June the 1st (or in pembroke!)

ps i will be running with a full rack... just to make it a little more enjoyable (!)

What are the others running with? Comedy items could also include snow shovels and ice axes.
