I'm trying to fill out a form and can't find anywhere the dates of my SPA training. Can anyone who did it with me remember the dates?

(Also, Krystina/Jules/Sarah - what month was the pre-hospital trauma course. Dec?)

I have a rubbish memory and should write more things down

SPA was 24/25th november 2005 and pre hospital trauma course was last weekend of september im pretty sure!!

A copy of the previous year's mark scheme that they gave out on the course which said Dec. I didn't think it was Dec but just presumed that I was loosing my marbles. I probably ought to go collect my certificate too! Woops.
