Well done everyone!!! =] That place is immense!!

and yes i totally agree with Jay Kay.. i think i might sit on you tube for hours and analyse the bouldering techniques of people from all the main uk bouldering competitions.
And then aim to get my press-ups to 60 a night. Plus 20mins of pure non-stop powerball. That should help me for next round.

(i AM only joking btw.. :P.. kinda! lol)

Wrong muscle groups lady :), press ups will train your antagonists more than anything climby, 60 a week is enough for that never mind 60 a night! pull ups are where it's at!
