i wouldn't worry, it's only bouldering, not as if anyone is in danger of seriously injuring themselves. Don't think you'll need any supervising members to teach and encourage spotting.

To be fair, last years trip had 9/11 committee members present and it didn't prevent a serious accident. Mainly because 2 of the exec were climbing a tree.

Correction 1 committee member was climbing a tree and the other was belaying, demonstrating a clear regard for safety when trying to construct a suicidal tree swing!
