As you know the club will pay for the petrol spent on club trips. However to do this you need to fill your car before you leave on the trip and then once again when you return. This way we know how much you spent and so you dont go extorting a ridiculous amount which we can tell, when we compare it to other drivers . When you get your receipt make sure its a VAT one as the guild pays any VAT.

Come and find me or go to studev and collect a yellow personal expense claim form fill this out and give this to me with your receipt.
