Hey hey!

So there are a few of us that are doing the Birmingham half this year, I thought I'd put up a little thread for any other runners to make themselves known, promote sponsorship, and to provide general encouragement (*salute* General Encouragement) for all.
I'll kick off by saying I'm running for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, and if anyone can spare a little money, my justgiving page is below.
