poor weather plan:
if just snowing alek n i recon bouldering would be ok, so we'd head over to burbage edge. if totally shit (which i doubt) we could go indoor climbing or, if not quite so crappy, short walks abound the peaks / Mac' forest.
open to suggestions!

otherwise; frogat edge, castle nase, gardoms edge are all options for climbing

I'm sorry tommy but its gonna take a lot of love and kisses to convince my car to take me somewhere to go for a walk

Froggatt/Roaches/Stanage/maybe castle naze all sound good to me though

What other crags are in Western Grit? I'm not keen on going to Hen Cloud, whatever happens, that would be bad

As the more astute amongst you will have noticed there are 5 in a car.
Please people, for your own sakes pack light. You can wear a lot of your clothes tomorrow as it's goiong to be sub zero at the crags.

If I see a 70L rucsac with a 40L rucsac tucked under the lid I may cry.

Happy packing x

The man knows what he is talking about, i'll only be packing one pair of rockboots! And you don't need food for saturday evening, just bring money for the pub, food for sunday like breakfast and lunch can be bought on saturday evening as well, im happy to stop off at a supermarket somewhere

This was a really well run trip and was a lot of fun in spite of the finger numbing wind.

Really impressive Tommy and Mark, you'll be awesome next year.

Brilliant trip. Cheers Tommy and thankyou drivers. Mummy and daddy Bullock are brilliant hosts. The hospitality was a lot warmer than the crags!
