I need climbing equipment for the weekend of Nov the 17th - I know there are no trips on but how do I go about borrowing stuff from the club?

All you have to do is get in touch with anyone on the comittee (we all have access to the gear cupboard) and organise to meet them at the gear cupboard (it's in the munrow sports centre), then it's just a case of them signing the gear out for you. then you just have to talk to someone when you want to return it (as soon as you're finished with it ideally) and they can sign it back in for you.

It is important to check the gear before you take it away though, because if anything's missing or something's damaged through miss-use (general wear and tear doesn't count as damage) the last person to have signed it out (without reporting anything missing or damaged) is held responsible and has to replace the missing or damaged items.
