I think the old committee have our final meeting first, then you, the new committee saunter along for the handover, then we leave you to it.

So if we play it out like that, Im sure you can make it in for 8 ish. I finish at 5:30, so the earliest a room is going to be booked is 6-6:30. Chat to Smithy, he's the guy booking the room.
