they don't look too pretty but hopefully the idea may be developed by more manufacturers and I'm not sure they would last as long as the recommended 10 years for normal hardware :s

I know... what's that material that is pliable/moldable when little force is exerted but when hit suddenly (e.g. with a hammer - or a fall) 'turns' solid? anyone know what i'm talking about???
