Came across this earlier. Thought it would be good to share, especially with pembroke coming up!

Interesting how such a commonly used technique can have such an obvious (when pointed out) flaw.

Hmm interesting one! From now on I think I'll extend the belay device and have the prusik on the belay loop as well :D

Bit worrying when I got to the pictures cos I thought the harness looked a tad familiar. I then realised it's the same (or VERY similar) Wild Country one as my own. I've definitely abseiled in it too. Awks.
