Good Afternoon!!

Feeling fed up of revision already? Looking longingly outside at bright blue skies? Wishing you were at the crag halfway up a route?

Well don't worry, the SUMMER TRIP is here!!!!

This year will be heading to the sunny delights of Pembroke! I can promise* sunny weather, more climbing than you could do in a life time and beautiful beaches to relax on after a days hard crushing!

What: Trad climbing on the sea cliffs of Pembroke
When: 4th-11th June *Dates are flexible, see below*
These are the dates for the entire week, of course we'd like everyone to come along for the entire week, but we know you may have other things planned (ie Gradball). In the form please fill in the dates you would like to come along and I will try to slot everyone into what transport I have available.
Where: Upper Portclew Farm Campsite at Freshwater East
We've stayed at this campsite three times previously and have enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, large camping field, hot showers and the local pub!
How Much: £35 for non-drivers plus £6 each night you stay, £25 for drivers plus £5 each night you stay
This is to cover fuel there and back from Birmingham and to the crag each day, and a barbecue one night. The daily rate is for the campsite and transport to the crag and back.
T-Shirts: We'll be producing a T-shirt/Beater to mark this momentous occasion, £4 for non-drivers and free for drivers!
We want your designs! This is a competition for the design and the T-shirts/beaters, the winner will receive a free T-shirt or beater! Please submit your designs as a j.peg to [email protected]

The Kit List:
We will be camping for the week so you will need a sleeping bag, roll mat, warm clothing and any climbing equipment you own.
And of course you'll need a tent and something to cook on, either bring them yourself or even better find someone to share with!

Lol (probably a few more than that!)

Interestingly, you can see the club camped out in our usual spot at the campsite (away from the normal people) if you look on Google maps.
