I believe there exists one remaining tent within the club, however it may have already been shotgunned. They are on the kit list, and it is up to you to find a tent & cooking utensils.

Your all a sociable bunch, ask around, I'm sure you'll find somebody who has space in a tent or is willing to split the cost of purchasing one if it comes to that.

Just a quick note to drivers: As a club, we can only subsidise your petrol costs for a journey if there are 3 or more people in a car. So, if its just you and one other person [or just yourself], we cant subsidise your petrol. Sorry.

I've also posted up a RETURN car list, - Smith & crackacs - although your cars have lots of people, there'll be plenty of space in cars staying behind, to take your gear back. Or if you need it to return to brum, I'm sure Madden can take some back for you the day before!

I'm taking my big so there should be enough room for at least two maybe a third at a push in the other side if anyone wants it.

ok well i need to buy a tent for reading anyway so getting a 4-man one so have some spare room! but i am leaving early on the 13th.

umm, so i think i may be going down with taks on fri night till sunday. If so... what do I have to pay!? Obv taks for petrol, but like do i need to give u any money for campsite etc?

Okay... I've finalised the car list as much as possible allowing for people dancing around with fluctuating arrival and departure dates.

A) Check your on the list and for the right length of time!
B) If you haven't paid me, bring the money to either 101 Dawlish (& buy a shirt), or pay me on Wednesday! - I'll be at the Munrow for 10, so if you want to get there early and sort out trip payments before the chaos ensues at 10:30. this even applies to those who are leaving on a later date!

Price re cap for those going Wed-Wed it's £55 (£10 off for drivers)
For those going on different days, its £25 + £5 per climbing day, that includes the BBQ, campsite fees & the money to pay the drivers.

For those arriving after Sunday (Twigger & co) it'll be £18 set fee + £5 per climbing day as you'll be missing the BBQ on the weekend.

I also have a spare harness, & belay plate if anybody wan't to shotgun it?

It'll probably be more comfortable than the club harnesses. It fits my 28 inch waist fully tightened, so anybody with a bit larger waist than that will be fine. It might be a tad loose for those thinner than myself.
