Had enough of all this poncey climbing? Want to try some real mountaineering?Then look no further... It's time for the annual SCOTLAND TRIP!!!!


The trip is running from 28th December to 4th January, and it's a fantastic opportunity to experience Winter mountaineering. There will be mountaineering, ice climbing, skinny dipping, traditional Scottish beverages and much more! We'll also be spending New Year Ceilidh dancing through the streets of a rural Scottish town, which you do not want to miss!


If you're slightly lacking in the experience department when it comes to winter mountaineering don't worry, you can still join us! There will be a winter skills course on the first two days run by Pinnacles of Achievement, which will give you the skills and knowledge you need to effectively operate in the mountains. This course is compulsory for novices (come and have a chat if you're unsure of where you stand), but we are kindly subsidising it from £110 to £60. There are only 12 places on the course however, so sign up quickly!


The price for the week is £160 (+ £60 if you're on the course). Online sign ups will be in 2 weeks on Tuesday 15th at 7.00pm.


We'll also be running a navigation training event and crampon fitting before the trip, dates TBC
