A group of my friends are having trouble finding a house for next year.

They are looking for a decent 4 bed house in Selly to move into next year for around £60pppw.

They really have been looking for a long time and have had little luck with what they've seen so far- mouldy, damp, crack den type places. I thought the nice people at UBMC might be able to help!

If anyone knows of somewhere that might be suitable give me a shout and i'll pass the info on!!

The house I'm in now is probs the nicest I have lived in selly, we're not living here after July, £225 p/m including water, the landlord is pretty good too.
