Menu

Starters:

SOUP OF THE DAY
- with a homemade bread roll

PRAWN AND CRAYFISH COCKTAIL
-with marie rose sauce

HAM HOCK TERRINE
- with toasted brioche wafer, damson chutney and micro watercress

Mains:

POT ROASTED LAMB RUMP - with garlic and thyme potato, chanternay carrots, confit shallot salsa verde and rosemary jus

PAN SEARED SEABASS - with crushed herb potatoes, caper and grapefruit beurre blanc and micro rocket

SAUTÉED WILD MUSHROOM RISOTTO* - with black pepper tuille and herb dressing (

Pudding:

STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING- with butterscotch sauce

VANILLA CHEESECAKE - Vanilla cheesecake with fruit compote

SELECTION OF ICE CREAMS & SORBETS

*Used to have Parmesan in it, but it wasn't the veggie type so now it is off the menu (it was only sprinkled on top anyway, so if you are desperate for so cheesy goodness they can put it on if you ask)
