To anyone that wants to do SPA:

Following events of earlier today, I definately won't be fit and well for SPA weekend.

I am otherwise alright, but can't do anything like climbing or camping or anything.

Is there anyone desperate to do the course? you can have my place.

The spa course sounds soo good, but I don't think i'm like 'experienced/advanced' enough for it yet. Regarding being proficient and having done a certain number of leads etc. I'm sure someone else will jump at the chance to get on it though! I've still got a duff ankle and can't do much.. gahh! Please say it's not ur ankles!? They're nasty things!!!
