ok, so I have sorted my transport and will be with you on Thursday evening, very excited! My friend will however need to leave probably Sunday evening and I would be keen to stay till the 21/22nd is there anyone with a space in their car or shall I start looking for trains?

Petr - Sorry for the late reply! I think you should be able to get back to Birmingham with Phil and Alice on the 21st, so there wont be any need for you to book a train I dont think!
