So.... this will be the penultimate social from this year's social team... *sob* :shock:

To do something a little different for the newbs this year, and to reintroduce what was an awesome social 2 years ago, we are once more heading to a "wackywarehouse/playzone/space ace" play centre known as 'SpaceHoppers'! :alien:

This is basically a big childrens play centre with ball pits, obstacle courses and generally everything you used to enjoy playing with when you were a little'un.
Don't worry, the place will not be array with kids, we will have the run of the place to ourselves between 6:30 and 9 to go crazzzzyyy. :shaking2:

You may bring your own booze and food to this :thumright:

Please bring money to Redpoint!
Date: 15th February
Meeting at the Bristol Pear at 6pm sharp for leaving for selly station at 6.15 at the latest. Don't be late as it's a little confusing getting there, you won't want to attempt it on your own!

If you're not drinking and fancy driving there the address is: Church Lane,West Bromwich B71 1AR
The rest of us will be getting there by train, tram and a little saunter (so wrap up warm!) and to save time if you could buy a train ticket to new street before the social that'd be fab.

Theme: 'Relive your childhood'. This is a chance to reminisce on the good ol' days, crack out that TMNT costume you once refused to take off, or simply get out the onesie.

Afterwards we will head for a drink in town before going to...... HMV institute!
No, this is not a joke, we just thought we'd try somewhere different to snobs for one time only, just to be out there and WILD :drunken:

Anyways, can't waitttt as this will certainly be a social you won't forget.

No i only quit uni courses, not jobs.... but it is half term so there are no kids on centre and i get to escape :D

And p.s. if any geekoids know... is it just my computer that is not showing me font colours anymore, or is it a problem with the Rat? I have to randomly hover over the area and hope for the best... My usual purple is no more!!

nah I can't see the colour choices either, not just you!

Also, just to let people know, some skydivers may end up joining us in a very last minute slightly joint social. So if you see people you've never seen before that is probably why!
