The years biggest and best trip is finally upon us - Annual Dinner 2013. For some - myself unfortunately included - this unmissable trip needs no introduction. However if you are new to UBMC this year, then get ready to have the best weekend of your academic year!

When: Friday the 22nd - Sunday the 24th of February!

Where: NORTH Whales! We'll be staying at Eric's Bunkhouse in Tremadog.

How much dollah!?: £50 (£40 for drivers) - for all transport (including a coach to and from the hotel where Annual Dinner is held), a fantabulous three course meal and of course, MEANIE :D

People keep hyping up this Annual Dinner thing to me, tell me more?: Annual Dinner runs much like a normal climbing trip except on the Saturday night, where we all get dressed up and go for a three course meal, dancing, karaoke and lots of general merriment. In addition, UBMC's infamous, wonderful, lethal and potentially illegal alcoholic drink, meanie, makes its second and final appearance of the year.

The Saturday night is a formal event so it's penguin suits and lovely dresses at the ready!

What should I bring?
A sleeping bag
A roll mat if you've got one but not essential (there may not be quite enough beds for everyone)
Waterproofs
Warm Clothes
Wash stuff (there are showers, but they are coin operated - they will cost you 50p!)
Any climbing gear you own
Smart Clothes for the dinner (men: preferably a tux if you happen to be in possession of one, otherwise a suit)
Head torch (if you have one, if not, a sound investment!)
First aid kit (again, if you have one)

As is standard, we shall stop en route for food and alcohol! :D

SIGN UP WILL BE AT REDPOINT THIS WEDNESDAY, THE 6TH OF FEBRUARY, THIS TRIP IS VERY POPULAR SO BRING YOUR MONEY TO BE GUARANTEED A PLACE!

Me and Tess are there too. I booked this weekend off work about a year ago!

Looking forward to quench my meanie thirst, and see all your lovely faces. (But it's mainly the meanie that I've missed obvs) :D

So long as you don't mind people squashed into your car I doubt it will be a problem :) Due to the tranny van making a reappearance we shouldn't need TOO many cars, I don't think.
