!!! OGWEN !!!


The rainy season is upon us and that can only mean one thing: OGWEN!

For those that have never been on the Ogwen trip before, picture wet'n'wild with added rocks. For those that have been on ogwen, what are you waiting for? We can't garuntee sun, but we can garuntee fun, climbing on some of the best multi-pitch routes in Snowdonia, and even a late night wild swim!

WHEN: We'll be meeting in the Munrow car park at 6pm on Friday 4th Nov
WHAT: Renowned multi-pitch climbing in 'sunny' Snowdonia, maybe even a late night swim!
WHO: Any members of UBMC are welcome, if you haven't signed up through the guild then don't worry, it's really easy to do!
WHERE: We'll be staying in Glan Dena hut by the lakeside in Snowdonia
HOW: Sign ups will be this Thursday at 6pm
HOW MUCH: This trip is going to cost £35 (£25 for drivers).

Please bring any climbing equipment that you own (we can lend you a harness and helmet). Waterproofs and sturdy shoes are essential! If the weather isn't appropriate for climbing then we will likely head out and shag a mountain, we are the mountaineering club after all...
