Think you can make the Bouldering Team? Fancy trying out your first competition?

This is the Team Trials for the University's (UBSport) Bouldering Team. We encourage climbers of all abilities to come along and join the competition scene. Competitions are a great way to try new climbs, improve your confidence in climbing and just a fun way to hang out with some frieeeends.

You are more than welcome to come along and boulder FOR FUN without competing as well.
THE COMPETITION WILL BE FUN, POPPY (JACK. P) PROMISES.

The problems will vary from V0 to V8 and the results of this competition will decide the Bouldering team consisting of 12 people. The Team competes in numbers of competitions nationwide including BUCS, LUBE, BLOKFEST, possibly V12 and maybe even more! The Team will be training at least twice a week and receiving coaching from Jake Bromley (at BBC).

WHEN: 17th October 2016, 7pm

WHERE: Birmingham Bouldering Center

Feel free to make your own way there but we will also be getting taxis from the Guild (if you are unsure how to get there on your own) at 6:30pm.

Competition will start at 7:30pm but we advise you to get there by 7 (to warm up and read the routes).
