Freshers is once again upon us, I hope you are all looking forward to it as much as I am...

As most of you will remember from last year the first few redpoint meets are hectic to say the least. We would be grateful if you could volunteer to help teach in these first few weeks.

If you have passed your belay test you can already supervise 2 novices, However by attending this induction you will be able to supervise up to 4 novices, as well as receiving excellent training on how to teach freshers.

For those of you who went last year and want to supervise again this year you will have to redo the induction

The session will last about 2 hours, and will cover everything you need to know about supervising multiple novices.
