Next May the BMC are holding a series of BMC Alpine Skills Lectures. We are hoping to hold one in Birmingham and were wondering if The Wayfarers’ Club might be able to host it?

The date we have in mind is Thursday 15 May. We need a lecture theatre with 150 capacity booked from 6.30 pm to 10 pm (lecture starts 7.30 pm). The lecture series is run to get the safety message out, it does not make a profit, it breaks even. We therefore look to get the venues at no cost. To cover any costs incurred by the host venue we give you 50 free tickets which you can sell. Full information is attached.
