Because some of us (me included!) don't have membership cards/slips anymore it is a little tricky to get your 20% discount in Cotswold. Or it was until I rang them up yesterday and had a chat about what was the best way to do it!

From now on:
When you get to the till ask for the "Wayfarers/UBMC" discount of 20%. They will ask you to quote a code, which you can get from anybody on committee. That should be sufficient to get you the discount, especially in Brum as they know us, however if you have trouble at another branch:
- Ask whoever is at the till to call the Birmingham store and ask for the manager "Tom" who will be able to tell them all they need to know. Tom is also briefing all the staff at the Bham branch so anyone there will be able to help you out in case he is not around.

Sorry it's all a bit long but there is a good reason for doing it this way
