Congrats to the girls. Alaina came 5th and Annie 6th, which puts them in 4th and 3rd positions overall. Amazing effort. Dexter icame 8th and is now 8th overall, which is pretty impressive given the standard of the competition.

Riteo climbing team!! you may not all know but rock on have been very lovely and decided to give us one discount night every term (which will be a bigger discount than at cotswolds) we just need to decide what day we want it basically? if ppl want it before the hol than we need to get on it!

To clarify a few things here.

Hallie is correct the discount evening is going to better than your discount at Cotswold but only in the sense that Cotswold are more expensive that Rock On before any discount is given.

Dom has offered 2 tiers of discount.

Firstly, the 'team' will be given the option to have a 'discount evening' once per term, this needs to be arranged and agreed with Rock On so they can staff the shop accordingly.

Secondly, UBMC have the option to have ONE discount evening per year, as with the team this needs to be agreed and arranged with the Rock On staff.

Your discount is 20% with a valid UBMC / AU membership card.

If you have any questions Alice is the person to speak to, Dom has made arrangements with her to get this up and running.

Discount in Rock On is an opportunity not to be missed, if you were unaware, a lot of climbing companies esp' American ones (510 and BD for example) are having a massive price hike in 2011 in addition to our yellow and blue government VAT rise.

On another note.

All team members. We have a training session at Redpoint THIS Sunday.
The session starts at 6pm please arrive ready to warm up AT 6.
