I'd be very appreciative if you could help me with my degree by sparing a bit of time to answer this questionnaire for me!

It's for a module called "Ethnography" at the end of which we do our own ethnographic study on a subject of our choice, so I've chosen to do mine on student attitudes towards fruits and vegetables.
You could answer the questions on this thread or pm them to me. Either way I will simply copy and paste your answers annonymously so if there was anything you wanted to keep secret about your fruit and veg consumption you still can!

It will really help me out if you can answer this for me. I will build into my analysis the fact that people often fill out questionnaires as quickly as they can, so don't worry about not taking it seriously. They are all short, multiple choice or yes no answers, so it shouldn't be too difficult to answer. Thank you!

Questionnaire:

1a)Programme of study
1b)Year at Uni
1c)Sex
1d)Are you in catered halls?

2)As far as you can remember, please list all the different fruits and vegetables you ate yesterday (if you feel that it wasn't an average day, you can give an example of what you feel is an average day's consumption)

3)How important is your health to you?
Please give a number from 1-5 where 1= very little importance and 5= highly important.

4)How much would you say that your life is structured to directly affect your health for the better?
1= "no regard for my health" and 5= "everything I do is geared towards making me healthy."

5)Do you like to eat fruit and vegetables?
Yes/
No/
Some but not others

6)Would you say that you ever looked forward to eating particular fruits or vegetables?
Yes, all the time/
On certain occasions/
Rarely/
Never

7)When you choose what to eat, what deciding factors would you say mostly influence your decisions?
Choosing what I like to eat/
Balancing my health with what I enjoy eating/
My health

8)Do you have a favourite fruit or vegetable, and if so, what is it?

9)Is there any other info that you feel would be relevant for you to add, such as are you partaking in a diet that affects you fruit and vegetable consumption? Do you have to avoid certain fruits and vegetables?

Thanks, that's it done!
