A bit of an odd question...

What are the colours of peoples' gear taped as? [Some of] mine are taped with hazard tape so they're either white/red/a bit of both.

I'm thinking of re-taping mine to a sensible unanimous colour, however I wouldn't want to tape them the same colour as someone else's or a club rack. lol

[Also trying to avoid buying two colours as that's a bit too much effort for such a menial task!]

I don't think ive seen any purple club racks or pink ones at that.
To be totally honest, two colours is quite likely the best way to go to ensure no clashes - i thought no one would have an orange rack until i met Ian Parkhouse, kinda ruined it a bit then.

I'm all yellow - and I think someone else is too, so don't go there! you can buy tape online which has all your details on it .. probably not going to stop someone claiming it as crag swag if you lose it - but will probably stop your gear from being mistaken from club stuff

jcb, red and white hazard tape is way cool. don't switch.

Its also very appropriate if I ever borrow some of your gear...

Maybe I should switch to hazard tape...

Cool... I saw some Glow in the Dark Green tape online :) possibly useless when climbing, but it might give off an erie glow when trying to find gear on those early morning starts! - Or if you have an epic and it gets dark!

I did also find those "Flammable" "Explosive" "Corrosive" stickers, probably a bit unnerving for my second!
