The rumours are true, i like to stick to my 4 main food groups:

1 - Classic soreen malt loaf

2 - Original lunchbox loaf

3 - Chocolate mega loaf

4 - Banana fruit loaf

However I do sometimes like to "mix it up". I will occasionally toast them. I like to use lightly salted lurpack butter when I have a strenuous day on the crag. However I never mix my malt loaves when I have my meals. It just gets unsightly on the plate.
Years of experience has taught me this. I suggest you follow these rules too.
