Your quite right Tom, it'd take some time to plan, & get funds + resources together for it.

The Alps however, I have my bag packed & ready. Ecrin & Cham KEEN FRESHER? Do you know what dates? I'm certainly up for some glacial snow+ice shenanigans! :)

OH. And also, completely non-climbing related... who wants to cycle a long way with me on 17th June? I'm considering doing this event:

...but I need a friend :-) I'd quite like to do the longest one of the three routes, but at 110 miles, I may die. So maybe not. We'll see.

I would love to but doing the great yorkshire bike ride the day before so I dont think my legs would survive! But some other time in the summer, that would be awesome!
