- Braised Welsh lamb shank with potato puree garlic and redcurrant sauce

Desserts:
- Sherry trifle

Thats my order... yep two main courses... still undecided surf or turf. We are in Whales, so the lamb should be good.

What about old gits? How much are the individual componants of the trip and when do we need to pay by? X

We're working it out, it should be able £35 for the meal and hut (i.e. no petrol monies) I talked to rose today anyway you (tom rose and gareth) are on my list I'll confirm how much it's going to be shortly!
