Hey hey Old Gits! Have some info regarding Annual Dinner 2013!

This year it will be from the 22nd - 24th of February in North Whales. UBMC is staying at Eric's Bunkhouse in Tremadog and we've left space for some old gits who want to come and stay with us and see old friends, etc. If you're not so inclined, Ian Parkhouse and the MAM are staying at Glan Dena and you are welcome to join them. If you choose to stay with UBMC and abuse our alcohol supplies, coaches and freshers, then it will cost you £50, otherwise it will only be £25.50 to cover the meal and disco/karaoke. Obviously you will also have accommodation, etc to pay for, but that money won't be to us!

Annual Dinner itself is being held at the Royal Goat Hotel in Beddgelert and the menu can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1D8L ... aZonMc/pub
The hotel want to know the final orders a week in advance, so I'll need menu choices by the 14th of February! If you're coming, post 'em below.

We'll have two mini busses that can carry 26 people between them, and we're quite happy to take you all from Glan Dena to Annual Dinner, but we're leaving it up to you guys to make your own way back afterwards!

I think that's everything, there's more info in the post in the notices section, but if you have any Q's send them my way.

How much is it if we make our own way there? (as we live a lot closer to north Whales than birmingham) but still potentially would want a lift in the mini bus?

I say potentially.... all to be confirmed shortly.

Hi Heather.
Consensus was to stay at Glan Dena after all.

A lift to the hotel? Still £25.50, as far as I know you'll only need to cover the meal and entertainment, but I will double check that this evening and get back to you!

Hey hey Katie J! Paying me at the time is fiiiine so long as it's not afterwards (a few things need to be paid for in cash while we are there, is the reason for this). Just make sure you get your menu choices to me asap.

Phil I haven't rang the hotel yet cos it was my birthday and I have spent a lot of the last two days drunk, apologies, I shall have it done by tomorrow.

:)

Are all planning on joining you. We'll bring cash for the dinner and are staying at GD - apparently you've kindly offered to send a minibus for us, can you stash a bottle or two of spare Meanie in there for us!?

Thanks.

That's all gravy, I'll need the menu orders by Thursday at the latest if that's alright with you guys?
Also I shall try with meanie but I make no guarantees... mostly because I will make you the bottles and then probably drink them :/
I will do my best though!

As Michaf C's PA, I write to inform that both us dirty old bastards will be coming. 2 orders of Rabbit/deer, ham, merlyn welsh thing just to prove that we are in fact....easy!

Ian - will chat to you on facebook and maybe stalk you a little too

xx

Ps. we will be driving up from the centre of the universe (Ramsbury - near Swindon) on Friday night and the route takes us through BIRMINGHAM! A realistic time for us to be in brum will be 8ish and could take 3 extra if needed. Payment in kind.

Hey Tom and co, if you could get menu options to me asap that would be awesome; I'll likely be sending the orders off tomorrow morning as it's the only time I have in the day to count everything up and get it done.
