Shoes: Ones that hurt
Hello!

Firstly, if you are a driver thank you very much for offering your services on our club trips. And to all those non drivers, please respect their cars, and take note of the responsibility they are taking on. Our trips could not run without their help.

Now down to business: Fuel receipts
To claim money back off the club it has to be for personal expense, ie Fuel costs on a Club Trip.
When filling up, ask for a VAT receipt. Most garages do give them out but some don't. It's quite important that we have then as the long and short of it is that the Guild will pay 20% of the fuel we use.
If you do not give me your bank account details when you hand me your receipts (I don't keep records of peoples account details) then the payment will be in the form of a cheque. I cannot collect these cheques, but it will try to keep you informed of when they are available. Even so you will have to pick them up yourselves. They will be available from Stu Dev counter in the Guild.
And may I remind you all that your insurance only covers you to claim back what you spend, nothing more.
Thanks,

Sensei Chris
