oh i should join in. here's my list in order of descending satisfaction.

i would be very happy if i redpoint a 7c+ this year and lots more in the 7 range. - ridiculously happy
boulder 7a+ in font in easter. - very very happy
onsight 7a - very happy
5s one arm dead hang on the moonboard 2 finger pocket - very happy
lead more trad routes if the opportunity comes along - happy

and since all the cool kids are aiming for it, shag harder than byron.

2009 is going pretty much to plan for me so far! Only a few more things have taken my fancy:

San Melas clean. Leo Houlding is wrong, it isn't about the onsight attempt its about the successful onsight!
Consolidate E2 by the start of the Summer and E3 by the end
Shave mikes balls, just something i have always wanted to do
Pass my Smear Test first time at the Roaches
Get rid of the chlamydia and genital warts i have recently caught
shag 100 routes at Stanage in a day

Need to wait for longer days to do the last one!

Sod it, mite as well put 'em down:

- Stop falling off v1 gritstone slabs (or stop climin them all together)
- shag at least one v6 or above
- Get onto some different rock types, i.e not gritstone
- Win one of JK's shiny new club bouldering comps
- Finish my damm moon wall project, hopefully this wont take all yr!
- Stop being so bad at pull ups

Again not as big as some of the goals on here but...

indoors: 6a+ comfortably, 6b on a good day

outdoors: by the end of the year hope to lead HVS comfortably and be quietly contemplating moving into E territory.

Have lots of fun and beer.

My goals are not as big as the rest of yours, but big enough for me!

Break my 6a+ lead barrier indoors i.e. shag 6b/6b+ DONE> Now consolidate on 6c/6c+
Improve technique >Partially there
Start doing some bouldering [which should help my technique] >Started, will be doing more
Consolidate on VS climbs outdoors / shag fun climbs outdoors! >Almost there! - Consolidate more and then start on HVS
Get back into doing some long distance running. >NOT DONE
Drink 2 litres of water each day > DONE

New ones...
shag Via Dolorosa and The Valkyrie at the Roaches, when they're not green.
Improve balance + foot placement.
Listen to my body, so when my elbow starts twinging, try and do the impossible, i.e. stop climbing.

Would love to onsight:

Hallow to our Men
8m. Effectively a direct start to San Melas up the shallow groove.

Good luck guys our freshers are awesome!

How am I doing?

Lead 6c (done but I want to do it everytime)
Boulder 6b (6a so I'm getting there)
Outdoors Do ellis' eliminate (finally), Great Western and generally be competant on HVS (add Valkyrie to that list)
Get strong (LONG way to go!)
Become a tidy climber (Getting better)
Learn how to use penises properly and not be scared of using something with moving parts! (Done!)
Improve the UBMC's profile with snobs (we already get half price que jumper, lets get in free!) (Don't know about UBMC's profile but they know me by name!)
