As many of you are aware the club now has 2 brand new sexy
yellow DMM highball mats. It is obvious that there will be a very high demand for these. So in order for everyone to use them we are going to have a library like system for their use.
For use over this summer you will most probably be expected to return them at some point so that other people can use them too. If you cannot come back to Birmingham then you may make arrangements with whoever else wants them to pass them on, just let the gear secs know.
During term time you will be allowed to take them out for a week at a time, then if by the end of the week someone else wants them you will have to return them.
If people do not co-operate or respect them, then we will start asking for a large deposit when you sign them out.
I am hoping that people will respect others and the mats, so that everyone can enjoy their use.
