Hi, I know there was a charity shag just recently but I am doing some fundraising for this weekend so thought I would do something climbing-related.

On Saturday I will be doing the Escape and Evade event run by Carnival Rag in which I will have 72 hours to get as far away from Birmingham as possible in 72 hours by any means necessary! I will be raising money for carnival rag and their full list of charities is available here, http://www.carnivalrag.com/about/what.php

So, on Wednesday, I will be climbing as many routes grade 5 and above in 1 hour, probably from 2, I will have a hat/bucket and some information so if anyone can just spare a bit of change be it in pounds or pennies, it will be much appreciated.

I am also looking for charitable belayers who would be willing to give up their time to belay me for an hour and in return they would receive a hug and me as a belay **** afterwards Also, if anyone has any better ideas of climbing for me to do then do say so!

i dont mind belaying you for 30mins not for an hour ill try to make it for two but i might be coming in abit after 2 on wedensday but good effort mate!

Haha yeah... I don't think I'd get much sponsorship for a big fat ZERO on that one I also may dress up a bit? That could help getting the philanthropic juices flowing!
