It's that time again to get psyched for the UBMC SCOTLAND TRIP!!!

We will start our adventure by travelling up to the Cairngorms in Scotland, where we will stay at Nethy station bunkhouse.

This week long epic encompasses ice climbing, mixed routes, gully climbing, banter, mountain walking, skiing/boarding and much much more!

The trip will run from the 29th of December '11 - 5th January '12. Yes that's right, we'll be there for New years eve where we traditionally gatecrash a local villages Hogmanay celebrations- think Scottish country dancing and fireworks of EPIC proportions!

Got no winter experience?
For all novices a 2 day winter skills course is available, which will give you the fundamental skills needed for winter climbing. However there are only 10 spaces on this course so get on board fast!

The price for the full week is £140 and £50 for the winter skills course. Sign up will start next Wednesday (16th Movember) 2pm at Redpoint and you can secure your place by paying a £50 deposit. Places on the trip are limited to 26 so get your deposit in ASAP!

If you have any questions or want abit more info I'll be at Redpoint on Wednesdays and at Creation on Mondays.

Likewise my MiDAS is still valid so can help drive said Minibus!

However, can't make redpoint wednesday's due to Uni.

At least it means I dont have to.

I certainly don't plan on having 'epics' all week long! Clearly you meant an Epic-Trip YES? With Epic-Views. YES? And 'epicly-awesome climbing' YES?

'epic' - Found in the UBMC dictionary as "an avoidable incident which occurs sometimes due to poor planing and/or incompetence"... I hope not! ... Lets stay away from those!

Also... how do you wan't paying for this shindig? Bank Transfer/Cheque?/in bags of 1p sweets?
