want to hear the concenus on what the f**k to do on it, so i can force myself to do a good session on it compared to the messaging about i have been doing.

Lies, this kind of advice will lead to no gains whatsoever, although you may spend a couple of hours warmer.

Hangs are a great place to start, slightly bent arms, a great speedy workout (take it slower with longer breaks until you're used to the board) goes in 3s, 3 seconds hang on every hold, with a shakeout (or longer) between each, chalk up, 3 pull ups on every hold, minimal rests, then 3 seconds hang again, surprisingly pumpy, and you can start on 10 second rests or something and build to none at all.


You've got a 1000 right?

actually tried a 200 at durham climbing center. The slopers are soooooo much easier than mine, well press on anyway

Don't be put off by the slopers. Firstly they take a while to wear in so stick mainly to the crimps at first and then start using the slopers more when they feel more friendly. If they still feel shit try to avoid over chalking before using them as well, strangely enough they're actually easier to hold when your hands are ever so slightly damp. God knows why. Anyway, get used to them and discover the joy of tweak-free tensiony pull ups (woo).
