Some of you may have remembered from your SPA training last year and the year before. That I liked to use Climbing Games to teach various aspects of climbing movement and technique. Some of you may even remember that I said that I was writing a book. Well at long last (over two years!) its finished and was sent to the printers yesterday. You can have a look at the Sample pages here - http://issuu.com/pesdapress/docs/climbinggamess

It would be great to hear what you think.

Paul

Cheers Rose, Yes some of the photos were taken at the Academy, others are at the Ridge in Swindon and Bear Rock at Warwick Uni.

The last few weeks have been ok with the weather have they not? Not that I have managed to get out climbing.

It is due to back from the printers for the 16th April. Cost is around £10 I believe, and you should be able to get them direct from me. You can also order them from the Pesda Press website.

Hi Guys,

Just to let you know that my book 'Climbing Games' is just starting to appear in the shops, having been published last week. Priced £9.99. If anyone wants a copy drop me a message and we can sort out the required arrangements.

Paul

Paul, that book looks brilliant. I'm definitely going to buy a copy. I'll try and get people doing some of the activities next year.
