It's the last trip of the term, the last trip of your current committee, and the first trip with
guaranteed sunshine....* Yes, that's right! UBMC are heading to the south coast for a weekend of sunny,** sporty goodness on the Isle of sPortland. We have 35 places to fill, so let's make it a
BIG one!
When?Friday 18th - Sunday 20th March, meeting at the Munrow at 6pm to leave Brum
Where?sPortland, staying at a lovely scout hut, with no shower, in Weymouth.
How Much?£25, £15 for drivers.
I wanna come!!!Signups are online at 6pm on Thursday!
What do I bring?!Bring a
roll mat and
sleeping bag.
Some warm clothes - fleeces, down jackets, hats, etc
Waterproofs (Jackets and trousers, not required, but you can never be too prepared!)
Comfortable shoes to walk to the crag in
Food for 2x Breakfast, 2x Lunch and Dinner (although there will be the opportunity to stop for food along the journey up)
Headtorch (not required, but nice to have)
Any climbing equipment you own - shoes, helmets, harness etc (although you can borrow a club helmet + harness if you don’t have any yet!)
