The car list has had to be editted in order to accomodate some additional people. it will be posted up on here by tomorrow evening (Wed 3rd June). I am really sorry for the lateness of this, Rose is working herself into the ground to sort this out.

IMPORTANT NOTES TO BE READ BY EVERYONE ATTENDING THE TRIP:
Contrary to Gareth's post, IF you are able to pay before the trip please contact Katie J or Sarah A, and liase a time to meet with them, OTHERWISE you can pay me upon my arrival on Sunday. Payment by chequesare preferred (Made payable to University of Birmingham Guild of Students), but cash will be suitable.

ALL passengers must contact their driver to sort out what time and where they are leaving from.

PLEASE can the drivers contact the Gear Secs to work out when you can collect the gear for your car to take on the trip from. You will also need to know the place we are staying at is on the following Post Code: TR19 7DN at a pub called the North Inn.

IF any of you have any questions of any description post here and i will endeavour to resolve them, please also phone me up if you feel it will be simpler.

My appologies for the lack of information passed onto you all, and my bad spelling.

For those travelling just one way with the club we are asking for £18. This will cover the fuel down for you and any club gear you need, and covers some of the return fuel for the club gear, it also includes the BBQ

I'm sure the gear secs have said, but please can each car load ensure they have taken a trip to the gear cupboard before they leave...especially to get a helmet each!!!!

For those early leavers take a trip to the munrow the night before. Someone from committee can meet you there to kit y'all out!!!!!
