Thought I would start a potentially controversial one. Some people will take this the wrong way but it is not aimed at all students.
Exams.
We have all done them, we have all been put under pressure by them, some of us have failed previous ones and so heaped more pressure on ourselves. We all know how it feels.
So you don't need to tell us all on Facebook.
"OMG FYI I have been staring at a computer screen all day" well done student, what do you think you will do when you get a job? I would say for many jobs you will do exactly the same only your colleagues definitely won't care about your pain.
"Everybody, I have done 4million words in 3.65 hours" clever student, you have written lots of words. With the time taken to work this out and post it you probably could have written a few more, which make sense, unlike the previous 4 million.
"I'm so stressed!!!!!!!!" Wrong. You are under pressure. Stress is when pressure starts to affect your health. What is affecting your health at the moment is probably too much red bull, rubbish food and the bacteria floating around your room from the bowls/plates/cups that you are too 'stressed' to tidy.
I am not going to deny that I may have thought along these lines while I was doing my exams.
I just didn't bother everyone else with them on facebook.
